Software Required Error

If a teacher tries to share their screen with students but receives this error message, they need to deploy the Monitoring software (Google Chrome extension or Classroom Agent) to their computer.

Refer to the Relay Classroom Getting Started guide (Step 2 – Deploy the Classroom Extension or MacOS Agent) for specific instructions on deploying the software.
