Creating a Scheduled Report
To schedule a report and email it to one or more users, follow these steps:
- 1. Select and run the report you want to schedule.
- 2. Click the Save button.
- 3. Select Save as Scheduled Report.
- 4. This action opens the following page:
- 4. Enter the name of the report (used for the Subject field in the email)
- 5. Enter one or more email addresses in the Emails field. Use commas to separate multiple addresses.
- 6. Select the days of the week when you want the report to be generated and sent.
- 7. Select CSV or HTML in the Export Format dropdown list.
- 8. Select the number of days to be included in the report.
- 9. Click Save.
Users will receive an email message with a link to download the report.
Note: Scheduled reports are limited to 10,000 rows.
Note: Reports will be available to download for 7 days.
