Creating a Scheduled Report

To schedule a report and email it to one or more users, follow these steps:

  • 1. Select and run the report you want to schedule.
  • 2. Click the Save button.
  • 3. Select Save as Scheduled Report.

  • 4. This action opens the following page:

  • 4. Enter the name of the report (used for the Subject field in the email)
  • 5. Enter one or more email addresses in the Emails field. Use commas to separate multiple addresses.
  • 6. Select the days of the week when you want the report to be generated and sent.
  • 7. Select CSV or HTML in the Export Format dropdown list.
  • 8. Select the number of days to be included in the report.
  • 9. Click Save.

Users will receive an email message with a link to download the report.

Note: Scheduled reports are limited to 10,000 rows.

Note: Reports will be available to download for 7 days.
