Mobile Manager was updated today.

Features

A new restriction has been added called Allow remote screen observation.  Please note that this restriction is a nested under  the Allow screen capture restriction and will only appear if it is turned on. Both restrictions must be on in order to use Apple Classroom to view device screens, A reminder to turn both restriction on has been added under both restrictions. This feature is available on iOS 9.3 and later.

Bundle for Windows Mobile Manager

Mobile Manager was updated today.

Features

  • iOS 10.2 is now available as an update in Settings > General.12131
  • Windows .msi apps can now be installed on the device automatically when the device is added to a Group. Note that after the app is installed in a Group, you need to go to App Settings, and select Auto retry app installation. .msi installs are also now included in our app retry process if that setting is enabled.

Classroom Orchestrator was updated today.

Features

District Admins can now hide the URL History feature from teachers.

1. Log into Classroom Orchestrator as an Admin.

2. Click the Organization Settings menu and select Settings.

3. Within the Settings menu, scroll down to Teacher Permissions and enable or disable URL History by toggling the button. Click Save.
