No Student Activity in Classroom

If you’re not seeing student activity in Classroom, make sure you set your class schedule. When you log into Relay Classroom for the first time, you’ll need to set your class schedule before you see any student activity.

Or, if Classroom displays a message that says your class is not in session, review and edit your schedule on the class settings page.

Refer to our documentation to configure your class schedule.

Note: If the issue persists, ask your Relay Administrator to ensure that the Relay Classroom extension (or agent) is enabled or pushed to the student’s device.
