Not receiving emails from Lightspeed Systems

Many of our customer emails (company updates, maintenance advisories, etc.) are sent out through an email solution called ExactTarget. On that platform, we have a dedicated IP that only our emails are sent through. To make sure you’re getting those emails, make sure this IP is on the “allow list” in your spam filter: 66.231.88.9
