Relay

Users Showing up in Home, but not in other OUs

This usually happens when the Google environment and structure of your organization has not been imported into Relay. To rectify this, you will need to navigate to the Settings > User & Group Management  page. Then select Structure & Users  (within the Google Import section )and click Save Settings.

This imports your Google OU user information and place your users into the correct sections and groups within the hierarchy.
