Users Showing up in Home, but not in other OUs

This usually happens when the Google environment and structure of your organization has not been imported into Relay. To rectify this, you will need to navigate to Settings > User Management and then select Structure & Users and click Import. This will pull your Google OU user information and place your users into the correct sections and groups within the hierarchy.
