Viewing and Editing Scheduled Report Details

To modify an existing custom report, follow these steps:

  • 1. Navigate to Reports, then click Scheduled.
  • 2. Click the report name to edit the settings. This action opens the following page:

    • Name – The name of the report (used for the Subject field in the email).
    • Emails – The destination email addresses for the report. Use commas to separate multiple addresses.
    • Sent – How often the report is sent.
    • Format – The file format of the report (CSV or PDF).
    • Search Params – The search parameters for this report.
  • 8. Click Save.

Note: Scheduled reports will be available to download for 7 days.
